These Terms apply to your use of aycnetwork.com. The website is operated by AYC Network FZ-LLC (“AYC”), Licence No. 107857, registered under the Dubai Development Authority, In5 Media, Ground Floor, HD10, Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you are a guest using an AYC Frame at a venue, the AYC Frame Terms of Use apply to that use.

1. What the Website Is For

The website tells advertisers, agencies, venues and investors about AYC Network and lets them get in touch. Everything on it is general information about our network and how it works.

2. Nothing Here Is an Offer

Figures, examples, venue names and descriptions on the website are for information only. They are not an offer, a quote or a commitment. An advertising campaign or a venue partnership exists only once it is set out in a separate written agreement signed by AYC, and that agreement's terms then apply.

3. Getting in Touch

When you send us a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, including any details about your business or colleagues. Sending a form does not create an agreement. How we handle what you send is explained in our Website Privacy Policy.

Booking pages and messaging services linked from the website or our emails, such as Google Calendar and WhatsApp, are run by those providers under their own terms.

4. Using the Website Properly

You must not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its forms or the systems behind them;
  • interfere with the website, or with its security and bot protection;
  • send automated, false or misleading submissions;
  • copy or scrape content from the website in bulk; or
  • use the website in any way that breaks the law.

We may block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

5. Our Content

The website, its design, text, images, video and the AYC Network and AYC Frame names and branding belong to AYC or its licensors. Venue and advertiser names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission. You may view and share pages from the website for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content without our written permission.

6. Other Websites

The website links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.

7. Availability

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

8. Liability

The website is provided “as is” and for information only. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, AYC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, or affects your rights under the PDPL.

9. Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
