Website Privacy Policy
This Policy covers aycnetwork.com: what we learn about you when you visit the website or get in touch through it, and what we do with it. If you are a guest using an AYC Frame at a venue, the AYC Frame Privacy Notice applies instead.
AYC Network FZ-LLC (“AYC”), Licence No. 107857, registered under the Dubai Development Authority, In5 Media, Ground Floor, HD10, Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE, is the data controller for the information described here. We handle it under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Contact: privacy@aycnetwork.com.
1. What We Collect

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data through the website.
2. Why We Are Allowed To Use It
- Your enquiry. When you send a form, we use your details to respond and to take the steps you asked for before any agreement with us.
- Consent. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and marketing emails are sent only if you tick the box on our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time (see sections 3 and 5).
- Our legitimate business interests. Keeping the site secure, understanding which channels bring enquiries, and managing our relationship with businesses that contact us.
- Legal obligations. Where we must keep or disclose information by law.
3. What We Send You
After you send a form, we email you a thank-you with a link to book a visit or a call, and we may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry. These are service messages, not marketing.
Each form also has an optional box to receive AYC news and offers. It is unticked unless you tick it. We send you marketing only if you ticked it, every marketing email lets you unsubscribe, and you can also withdraw by emailing privacy@aycnetwork.com.
4. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that run the website and our enquiry process for us, under their own data-processing terms:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and bot protection (Turnstile) on our forms;
- Notion — where we record and manage enquiries;
- Brevo — sends the emails described in section 3 and alerts our team to new enquiries;
- Google — website analytics (Google Analytics, only with your consent) and the calendar booking pages linked from our emails;
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
We may also share information with our professional advisers, and where required by law, court order or a regulatory authority.
When you use a Google booking page or WhatsApp, that provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics). Set only after you choose Accept on our cookie banner. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Source tracking. When you arrive from one of our links, your browser stores a small note of that first link on your device so it can be attached to any form you send. It contains no contact details and stays on your device until you clear your browser storage.
- Security. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies to protect our forms from automated abuse.
To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and storage in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.
6. How Long We Keep It

We may keep information longer where the law requires it or where it is needed for a legal claim.
7. Your Rights
Under the PDPL you may ask us for access to your personal information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive it in a portable format. Email privacy@aycnetwork.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, and bot protection on our forms. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify the competent authority as the PDPL requires, and notify you without undue delay where it is likely to cause you harm.
9. Children
The website is for businesses. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Other Websites
The site links to other services, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
11. Changes
We will post any update to this Policy on this page with a new date. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you.
