AYC Network — Privacy Notice
AYC Network FZ-LLC (“AYC”) operates the AYC Frame at this venue. This Notice explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

1. What We Collect and Why

2. Your Agreement
When you first give us your details on the AYC Frame, we ask you to agree to our Terms of Use and this Privacy Notice. That agreement covers, and you are agreeing to:
- the venue you are visiting receiving your details, and contacting you with its promotions, offers, campaigns, events and news; and
- AYC contacting you with its own offers, promotions, rewards, loyalty programmes and news of new features.
You give that agreement once and we remember it. You can withdraw it at any time, in whole or in part, by emailing privacy@aycnetwork.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Some things you agree to by doing them. Giving your details to place an order or to send feedback allows us to use them for that step. If you complete a feedback form, your responses, name and mobile number are sent to the venue so it can respond, and the form tells you this before you send it.
3. Linking Your Visits
Where you have given us your mobile number or email address, we link your later visits to the same record, so we can see how often you visit, which venues you visit, and how you have used the AYC Frame. We use this to recognise returning guests and, where you have agreed, to make offers more relevant to you. We make no automated decision about you that has a legal or similarly significant effect. 4. Who We Share It With
The venue. The venue you are visiting receives your name, mobile number and email address where you have given it, together with your visit and feedback history at that venue. It uses these to recognise you as a guest and to contact you with its promotions, offers, campaigns, events and news. From the point it receives them the venue is a separate data controller responsible for its own compliance. Our agreement with the venue requires it to use your details only for those purposes, honour any opt-out, keep them secure, notify us of any security incident, and delete them on a request we pass on.
Service providers. We use third-party providers to run the AYC Frame platform. They act as our processors under written terms, may use your information only as we instruct, and may not use it for their own purposes. They are:
- cloud hosting and data storage providers;
- Wi-Fi network management providers;
- content delivery and device management providers;
- providers that send SMS, WhatsApp and email messages on our behalf;
- social media and marketing agencies that run marketing activities on our behalf;
- analytics providers;
- customer and technical support providers; and
- payment providers, where payment through the AYC Frame is available.

Legal. Where required by law, court order or regulatory authority.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to target advertising at you personally.
Sponsored offers. If an advertisement invites you to take up a sponsored offer, we tell you at that point what will be shared and with whom, and ask you to confirm. Nothing goes to the advertiser unless you accept. Declining does not affect anything else on the AYC Frame. From the point you accept, the advertiser is a separate data controller for what it receives.
Where it is stored. Your personal information is stored on servers in the United Arab Emirates and is not transferred outside the UAE. If that changes we will update this Notice and put a transfer mechanism permitted under the PDPL in place before any transfer takes place.
5. How Long We Keep It

We may keep information for longer where required by law, or where it is needed for a legal claim that has already arisen.
6. Marketing
Under the agreement described in section 2:
- the venue you are visiting may contact you by SMS, WhatsApp, email or telephone with its promotions, offers, campaigns, events and news; and
- AYC may contact you by the same means with its own offers, promotions, rewards, loyalty programmes and news of new features.
You can stop receiving these messages at any time, from either of us or from both, free of charge:
- Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Or email privacy@aycnetwork.com.
Opt-outs are actioned promptly and your number or address is suppressed, not merely flagged. UAE rules on unsolicited marketing, including the TDRA Do Not Call Register, apply in addition to this Notice.
If you opt out of marketing we will still send you service messages where they are necessary — for example a Wi-Fi session message, an order confirmation, notice of a change to these documents, or a reply to something you have asked us. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you are using the AYC Frame.
7. Your Rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, restrict or object to processing, and ask for your information in a portable format. Contact privacy@aycnetwork.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorised personnel. If a security incident affects your information we will notify the competent authority as required by the PDPL and notify you without undue delay where the incident is likely to cause you harm.
9. Age
You must be 18 years of age or over to give us your details on the AYC Frame. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we become aware that we hold information belonging to someone under 18 we will delete it.
10. Changes
The current version of this Notice is always available at www.aycnetwork.com/privacy and on the AYC Frame. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again.
